“Our son started at Caprani Care nearly eighteen months ago. He has settled really well and loves it. It is all due to the complete dedication and conscientiousness of care by the proprietors and staff. The atmosphere on entering the house is always very relaxing, welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, and staff members are always there to help in anyway. If there are any queries, they are always answered and dealt with straight away. Great care is taken to keep the house clean and tidy. There are four lads residing, so, it is small and informal, which is ideal for our son. We could not have found a more suitable place. It is such a relief and comforting to us as his parents, to know he is always going to receive such professional and thorough care from really great staff. Keep up the excellent work!”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ruth Kelly of Caprani Care 💜 having visited and met with many providers in the search for future support for my son, I felt so disheartened by the lack of ‘real’ care and the feeling that I was ‘failing’ him in some way by him having to leave the family home. Ruth was amazing, she helped me talk through what my son needed and reminded me of what I could do to empower him to achieve this. She gave me back my confidence as a mum/carer/woman. As a result, I have now set up a social media group to help inform and support other people. Most importantly she did what none of the others had done . . . she listened! Thank you Ruth! x”

‘The induction was perfect, it encompassed everything I needed to know in order to work not only safely but also effectively. The induction was clear, centred around the work I am meant to be doing and the service user. So I would say I enjoyed it very much, wasn’t boring, rather knowledgeable .
I am very pleased about the support I have been getting from the management team, especially from Nichola and Shannon. Whenever I need support, I always receive beyond my expectation.
With regard to my role, I love it. The service users and the staff make me feel home . It is sincerely a pleasure to work with you.’

“During my close involvement with Caprani Care over the years I have always found it to be an exceptional service. The core values of the service shine through in how the staff work with the service users and how they support them to reach their potential.
I cannot speak highly enough of Caprani Care, and strongly feel if more service providers followed their example, the overall quality of lives for people with an LD and complex physical and mental health needs, would be significantly improved.”

“Our son has been at Caprani Care for about a year now, having moved from one of the big care providers, and the improvement in his demeanour, health and general well being is phenomenal. Many thanks to all staff and managers at Caprani. Big is NOT best, smaller units like this are definitely the way forward.”

“ I worked with Ruth and her team in developing their skill set to facilitate the digitisation of processes within the organisation. The team at Caprani demonstrated that risk management and controls to support their residents is of highest priority and are striving to ensure that the highest standards are upheld. It was a pleasure to spend time with the team and share my knowledge with them”
